2009 6.7 it was bought with dpf delete done.. Runs way to good to be stock.. But no visible chip, and no tuner came with the truck.There has to be something on it since dpf is gone.. Right?

 

If there's no check engine light there is def something there.

 

it doesnt mean its got a tune on it ,but it has had a tuner on it some programmers allow you to delete and run the stock tune

 

My .02 would be it has a mild tune If it runs good no problems I'd just let it eat!!!

 

ya but thats no fun then ? i would buy a tuner and change it out,,,probably a smarty tune i would think thats in there or the bm?? see if the egr valve thingy is sitting behind there somewhere it is then its a smarty tune if not then b.m??

 

i dnt beleive the egr motor does anything i ran my truck a long time w/o it then put it on cause i did some reading so i put it on and no change what so ever

 

maybe they changed the tuning now ? i remember with my first smarty evan on the instructions said to plug your wire into the egr motor and the cooler side motor where the wire was hooked upto?

 

it still says it in the instructions but i had it like that when the smarty first came out
and done nothing
