Default Exhaust brake/deletes question

Just got done with my 2007.5 dpf/ egr and cooler delete, 5" exhaust, S&B intake and smarty jr. Started up and began checking things out and when I turn on the factory exhaust brake it makes a load whistle noise that is continuous. Any ideas?

It'll do that when it's cold outside. Helps warm up the engine.

Maybe thats it although its 75 here today. I think maybe it just sounds different cause I dont have all the back press. and restriction from all the factory exhaust junk. Everything is working fine.
