Default buy back letter from Chrysler

I was on a few weeks ago and a couple of people said something about receiving a letter from Chrysler about a possible buy back of thier truck if it was having recuring problems with performance or engine trouble codes. I believe it is only the early 07.5-08's with the 6.7. I would apriciate any information and a copy of a letter if anyone has one available.
Thanks

I tried a buy back myself about a year ago.. had no luck. I did modify about eight months ago couldn't be happier, and haven't had a problem since. I did receive an ad through the mail from an attorney so I called him. I sent all my warrantee receipts to him (there were fifteen) all the same thing, emissions. He sent a demand letter for a certain amount and called me yesterday with an offer from Chrysler. It isn't a buy back but it is an ok amount. Plenty more than the mods cost and I don't want to get rid of the truck anyway.
