Had ETC warning light come on, lost power. I shut the engine off and then restarted and the ETC warning light went out but the check engine light (check emission system light) came on. I took it to the dealer and they are telling me that it will take up to 72 hours for Dodge to get back to the dealer with ideas on what to check. Is this the normal waiting period? Ugh! Can't wait to do deletes!

 

No! thats just admitting incompetance.... unbelievable I'd locate a different stealership in your area give them a shot... it's one thing if they were busy and couldn't look at your truck for 72 hours, but no ability of a certified tech and not enough brains to hook up a decoder and look up the codes your truck is throwing is not a place I would let work on my truck. Just my .02 cents good luck

 

same as posted above good luck and i would do the deletes after u get everything fixed and right you will love it
