Default Tranny help

Im not looking to break the bank but the other day I did a 2nd gear punch on the h&$ 175 tune and noticed the tc slip a little, will an after market tc solve that problem?? Not looking to go wild with this truck I just want it to hold up for a little play time

I would do a Torque Converter and Valve Body. It will be like driving a whole different truck. Let me know if we can help.

I didn't see any on the valair web site for the 68 rfe how much are they running?

Actually your truck has the 68RFE transmission. You can go with a good converter and the TCM programming from H&S.
