Just installed rebuilt engine and Here are all my codes. It will run on a shot of WD40 but will not run on its own. I dont have a fuel Pressure gauge to check the CP3 Pump or the rail. There is fuel coming from the lift pump. and when I take an injector line off to see if there is fuel there it shoot fuel out, just maybe not enough to make it run or to make the injectors POP off
Lost comm with turbo .... But I dont think that will cause it not to Run
