I'm having a problem with my 2500hd 6.7 during higher speeds and heavy throttle It studders and the throttle responce goes away I'll floor it and will get no responce for a couple seconds and then I was driving it stalled 3 times and when I got it running I sounded like the injectors were knocking it's not a drive by wire issue as far as fuel goes I have an airdog 150 and a arson cp3 kit and smarty on 9 with tourqe/rail press/vgt set at 2 and if it helps the airdog seems to be very loud ......any thoughts and I've taking the smarty back to stock and it's still happening

Sounds like that Cp3 is under alot of stress and that smarty on 9 is drowning your rail pressure take it back down to a lower level and see what happens?

 

Mine is doing the same thing. But mine only does it when i try to put a new filter on the air dog. My pump on the air dog is loud as well I talked to air dog and they said it starts to get loud when filters need to be changed. If you figure anything out let me know! I have been trying to fix this problem for about 2 months!
