b&w hitch mega cab

had a 2006 mega cab with a turnover ball in it. wondering if it will fit my 2007.5 quad cab short bed single wheel. or if there is any suggestions or help to what i will need to do

I just bought one for my 08 quad cab and they said they don't interchange.

I had an 05 Quad cab. Took out the B & W and put in Mega Cab. No problems. Perfect fit.
