You already bought a very good air box with a filter that filters very well, flows freely, is a true cold air intake, lasts a long time and is very cheap to replace.

I run s&b but thats just because I liked the style and look of it

i wouldnt run a k&n on a diesel...they dont filter like they should and allow alot more particles to flow through...s&b, afe, airraid..i run the banks ram air on my 6.7 and love it.

Banks with Ram Air option filter system is very good.

man i have an S&B air box and it is like a night and day difference to the stock airbox. they are cheap to clean, and it is all manufactured in the USA>

ice box makes an air box for the 6.7, with either a s&b or a ariad filter. Im running an ice box and S&B and love it but mines a 5.9
