it smokes A LOT on the 175 or 225 tune, i run it on the 120 and it smokes a little but not nearly as much as the higher two

Really?? What kinda boost do you get out of your 6.7? just curious to see what there capable of.

my09cummins 03-18-2010 06:02 PM

In wyoming (high altitude) i see a max of about 35, but i've heard of people gettin higher at lower elevation.

KoalRolr 03-18-2010 06:33 PM

Thats not bad. Down here in NM where i'm at my elevation is about 4800 so I bet i'll pry be right around 35 also. My 6.7 only gets like 13mpg empty. Would the XRT help that?

my09cummins 03-18-2010 11:34 PM

Well break in has a lot to do with that too, i have 50k on mine, the xrt helped my fuel milage enormously, i haven't hand calculated it, but my overhead shows 24 mpg at 75 mph, in town it shows 20! But, just cause it does that good with mine, doesn't mean it'll do the same with yours, all trucks act different. But i love my xrt, if your lookin at one my opinion is go for it! the guys at h&s are top notch, they'll help ya out with anything, plus james from rsd called me the other day sayin they lowered the prices 5%! :tu:

Yes, with the tuner and DPF removed, mileage increases big time. Our usual increase is anywhere from 3 to 6 mpgs depending on location and driving habits.

The only way i would go on a G56 is a dual disc by either ValAir or South Bend but i tend to lean towards the better price of ValAir. As said above the Black Maxx and the XRT are the best bang for your buck when it comes to the dodges nowadays.

If your not into sled pulling id recommend the Valair Nodular Sprung Hub Dual Disc :rocking:
