124k and i have never made oil as you guys put it. i change it every 5k. i have only used the rotella or the valvoline. mostly the valvoline. most of the time i use a fleetgaurd filter . some times i run out and use a mopar one. i'm running at 10k empty. so far i have never had a re-gen or any codes for it

sounds like you drive it hard enough to the point where it doesn't go into regen therefore it wouldn't make oil due to the fact it's not getting the extra fuel injected into it

Has anyone tried the T6 rotella? I saw it the other day, I think it's 5-40, they're claiming that it flows better or whatever and has all the same ratings as the regular rotella. There was also a rotella T5 that was 10-30 that is supposed to be a synthetic blend...

I've been running regular 15w40 rotella since I got the truck, and it doesn't "make" oil ever. it doesn't burn any either, 12 in, 12 out. I tried the delo once, didn't seem any different, so I went back to the rotella.

I have been using shell rotella 15/40 since 1979 in big trucks and never had any problems and since 2003 I have used it in all my Dodges
