Default Finally drove a 6.7 today

I finally got to drive an 08 6.7 for about 300 miles today. I have to say I liked it. A little background, my 07 5.9 and this 6.7 are same configuration, about the same "load".......hell even the same color . Both are 4x4, G56's, quad cab long bed, both stock and gearing is the same. We both have 105gal tanks and boxes with too many tools. I drove this rig from San Diego to L.A. and around L.A. when I was up there then back. First off, the power was definatly there. Second, the fuel economy was dead nuts with mine. Seeing as to how it's about the closest apples to apples comparison I could come up with I must say that the 6.7 impressed me. I can honestly say now that I like the 6.7 (not that I didn't like it before but now I have first hand experience in real world applications)

Yeah......my point was an apples to apples comparison. All things being equal the 6.7 impressed me. I've heard and read about what a dog the 6.7 is and seeing how I have the EXACT same setup as this 6.7, the 6.7 is no dog. I get what you guys are saying, but we all know the saying "if if's and butts were................"
