Wow, I didn't know that you could put an 04.5+ 5" tbe on the 6.7L!!! I have not looked around but is there a big price difference?

On a side note, has anyone used the Black Maxx to electronically stop EGR? Does anyone know if using this option will leave the butterfly open a bit or any other negative side effects??? I would guess just doing the EGR delete would be the best way to ensure you're running clean?

Is there any diffrance performance and MPG wise on the 5 in kit with muffler versus w/out muffler. Im not looking to make alot of noise just want alot better fuel economy. Im only getting 11 right now. Thanks

I'd go 4", 5" is gonna drone a lot more and isn't really going to help out performance/mpg if all you're running is a Programmer and exhaust and the mufflers that come with performance systems these days flow straight through so there's not much back pressure if any going through them

Nope most Mufflers are a straight threw muffler. The straight threw is just how loud do you want it.

I'm running full EGR/Cooler deletes, The Smarty JR, 5" turbo back with muffler (this is used as our travel vehicle) and could not be more pleased. I gained 8+ MPG in mine empty and 5+ with a 13,000lb load.

ANYBODY running an 08 F=250 4X4 35" TIRES and a hypertech programmer, AFE STAGE 2 INTAKE? I am and i get 13.4 mpg on hwy going 74 mph, needless to say it's killing me.
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET SOME DECENT MILEAGE OUT OF THIS TANK. Of the 40, 000 miles i have driven the check engine light has been on code reads "Particulate filter bank 1 malfunction"
