Default 07 6.7 liter problems

i have a 6.7 liter cummins. having major trouble related to DPF and EGR. I'm looking into DPF delete kit with programmer. Would this solve the problems I have? If so, what product should I go with?

Most likely will fix your problems, most likley everything is getting clogged up. I would get a full egr delete kit from shibby or h&S, As for exhaust, the cheapest way is to get a complete turbo back exhaust for a 04.5 or newer truck, it bolts right up. Then you will need to weld some bungs on it for some of the sensors, for the other ones you will need to get the sims kit from H&S, they fool your computer into never going into regen mode. Then as stated before you will need programing. The H&S xrt or Black maxx, both are really good, Black maxx has more options and has lcd screen for desplaying all your gauges. Then there is also the smarty, all do you what you need them to do. Hope that helps.

there are many exhaust kits out there made for the 6.7L. Im saving up for the h&s 5" full turbo back I cant wait. Im on my 2nd 6.7 odge bouthg the first one back due to all the problems I had with it. I think all the delete's will fix everything.

You will save a ton of money if you use an exhaust kit for and late 5.9, but do what you want, the kits for the 6.7 are very nice dont get me wrong.

Any exhaust for a 04.5+ Cummins will work.

You are right if you run programing right away you dont need to do bungs or anything, i did not do programing right away so i needed to weld in bungs for the time being. Im pretty sure you will not need the sims for the egt sensors either if you run programing right away. And yes 04.5 or newer 5.9 exhaust will work on you 6.7.
