Default Trany?

Im told by the dealer that i have the Aisin 6-speed.Is that right? I dont trust the dealer ship.(they went out of biss). Also when I put my truck in reverse. my truck shakes. the dealer said the truck was built that way.The RPM's drop to 500rpm. I can tsee to back up my trailers with out holding both pedals.

Aisin is stronger because its built for industrial use, but there both good transmisions.

the 68re seems to be pretty good too. in the stock form they are tougher than the stick (clutch). upgrades on autos have really come to the front. i want to upgrade my 68 one day. i cant believe im saying this since i was always a stick guy.

dropping to a lower RPM is normal on these tranny's as well.
