FUEL RAIL PRESSURE TOO LOW.

I was taking my truck for a run to see what the max speed was, and my settings were SW7 on the smarty and LV5 on the edge... Is this code due to a lack of fuel or due to a problem that I caused with this high speed run?

From what it sounds like, you were starting to drain your rail with the high speed run. Try clearing the code, and then drive it. If the code doesn't come back under normal to brisk accelertion, you should be fine. Sounds like it's time for an Airdog.
Did it stumble or pop at all during the high speed run? Other than our transmissions being different, you and I are running very similar setups. I've never thrown a fuel pressure code even under WOT on SW9. What did you have the revo settings on the Smarty set to?

I think its rail2 timing1 and vgt3.... And I did consider the air dog after that. It didnt really stutter or anything, just slowed down.
