I say get the DPF delete and have the dealer write it off as a DPF replacement, make them pay for it.

Better milage is good in the long run...

However if the warranty is voided for good, either return the truck and get yourself a GM or have them refund at least some of what you originally paid for the truck...

How long have you had the truck? Have you made a payment on it yet? You might also tell your bank about the deal and I am sure that they will have some imput since their money bought the truck, if you have a loan that is. I personally would take the truck back to them, tell them to give me my money back and go find another truck. If they say no them call Chrysler.
