Default Weirdest thing I've ever come across

Hello everyone. Very glad to be here. I have posted this on Cummins forum but help is slow coming over there not to down anyone over there.

Here's my issue. I have developed a knock. Used to be at startup and went away when warm or under load. Now it's always there and gets worse under load. It's in time with engine rpm. Checked the flex plate. Not it. Checked for exhaust leaks. Couldn't find a major leak but that doesn't mean it's not the problem. But gets the weird part. When I park nose down hill or passenger side down hill the knocking stops. You can actually hear it stop knocking as the truck tilts.

I'm clueless as to a problem that would cause this. Anybody have any ideas? And I mean anything. I'll try anything you guys say. This is bugging me to no end. Thanks so much for any help.

2012 ram 2500 6.7 deleted with smarty me. 200k miles. Automatic CC 4.10 gears. 4x4. Thanks again!!
