Default 6.7 cummins oil in coolant and coolant in oil

I noticed a while back I had oil in my water. I pulled the oil cooler and made sure it was all sealed. I couldn't say for sure if the gasket was leaking. But I did pressure the cooler up underwater and it had no leaks. The truck has been parked since. It has the head o ringed Vulcan gasket. With 425 studs. Today I was messing with it pulled the valve cover. Noticed some moisture but just looked like condensation. But I was curious so I pulled the drain plug. It had a little antifreeze come out. I would say about maybe enough to cover the bottom of a qt jug if that much. Oil is not milky in the pan or under the valve cover. You guys think that it's from when I pulled the oil cooler. It mixed then possibly? Or how else can I narrow this down to where it's coming from. I noticed my hg was seaping a bit. So I'm going to retorque and see if that seals the hg but let me know the thoughts. I don't want to pull the head till I know where this oil is mixing from. Unless I have too. Thanks for the advice guys.

Typically the oil cooler will leak under pressure you will not be able to see it just visually, it will need to be tested.

If that comes back good, only other option would be the headgasket. Have you noticed the truck using coolant? It's odd its a mix in both. Oil pressure is higher than Coolant pressure.

Only thing I noticed was the overflow up and down and bubbling when shut off like a typically bad hg. But now that you say using antifreeze. I forgot one time I had a temp spike and I noticed it was low. And had to add antifreez .
