pressure relief valve uncertanty
So this has been talked about several times. Too shim or plug or is there plugs with raised psi already. I can hit 26500 psi in every gear any tune of which im in mileage 99% of the time, this being normal driving like passing or getting out on the interstate. I know too high of pressure can crack injector bodies. Any thoughts or what not thanks in advanced
I tried to shim mine and lost the little needle pin inside. So I bought the plug and installed it at around 20k. Truck has 100k now and it runs perfect. For the price of the plug to a new relief valve. I wouldn't ruin the relief valve. I think they must be made of gold.
That sounds pretty good and considering your truck has more performance mods. Im just deletes with 40hp tune, do you know what psi the injector bodies have a chance to crack?
