Default grid heater thingy

where is the grid heater? what does it do? can it be deleted/replaced? if so with what? do i need to leave the EGR solenoid doohickey plugged in after EGR/COOLER delete? dont see that in h&s instructions

Grid heater is under the intake horn on the engine. It pre heats the air when outside air temps are below 60° iirc. Can be deleted, but if your in a cold climate you'll want a grid heater. There's a relocate that moves it to where the throttle valve is currently. With H&S pull the whole valve assembly out and seal up the connector/tuck it outta the way.

09 CTD qcsb, parts fell off, some got added, car seat and hot wife mod w/ full wallet delete
