2010 2500 6.7 with code P2609...HELP!!!

My engine light came on and I took it to my local parts store and they read the code for me it came up as CODE ....P2609 intake air heater system performance.... Is this a DIY fix or dealer fix?.

Mine was a bad wire. That's what dealer said. Were do you live? When truck first started it would idle rough as the heat grid would come on and off. It's very noticeable. Lights dim and everything.
