My 2011 Dodge 2500 diesel is deleted and I have a Smarty with ME. Everything is good. But I was reading that it is better to do the erg delete. Can I do the egr delete with the smarty J-67ME?

Did you need to do anything with the Smarty? Will it take care of itselfe?
