What codes are you getting? If it's P1011 or P0087, P1011 is fuel lift pump(pump in tank) low pressure and P0087 is fuel rail/fuel system too low.
I had both these codes come up and found the power wire to the lift pump broke in the wiring harness behind the fuel tank.
Talked with my dealer and h&s performance and neither one know why dodge put low fuel pressure codes with the dpf full message.
Another thing it could be is if you have set you programmer on the max levels and your driving like you stole it, your stock fuel system cannot keep up the demand that it requires. Not enough pressure in the fuel rail and ecm sees it, it'll through a code.
One other thing it could be, is the check valve in the fuel rail is leaking. The check valve is there to maintain a certain amount of pressure for all stock driving conditions.
Hope this helps.

Are you sure you are using the DPF delete tunes? How long has it been since the Black Maxx was updated?
