Default Low beams out on drivers side

My low beams are out on drivers side only but highs work. After troubleshooting I found that there is not power coming from truck on low beam wire . I believe the itpm is to blame. Thinking about the retro solutions control freak that bypasses that stupid itpm. Any input would be great

You should also check the wire for the high beam side in your wiring harness, sometimes corrosion will set in the wire and cause a brake in the wire. I see that alot on the big rigs.
