Default I need help

Hey guys im havin a problem with my 08 dodge 6.7 problem just recently started when i start the truck for the first time dont matter mornin mid day night runs good n then just dies goes into a limp mode then dies i have done smarty injectors transmaission all egr dpf deletes it doesnt throw a code jus the over head says see dealer now i have tested psi on fass fuel an on cp3 an all look good i have replaced regulator on cp3 pressure relief valve on rail n still dies after it had ran for a little but runs just fine no problem but also when it does die i turn key off an start right back up after it builds psi in the fass filters like it ran out of fuel n e suggestions tips info will b much appreciated ;(

some of the things i would check is fuel pressure, injectors and tubes.

I have ive replaced cascade valve pressure relief valve rail psi sensor ive tested fass psi n its 14 to 15 psi injector psi is 5k at idle an 23k at highway speed i kno there not oem spec but i dont think its far off it does good after it warms up but dies or goes into like a limp mode n if i take foot off pedal dies immediately with no codes ive had it on a few different scanners n when it dies fass system n injector psi go to 0 i jus installed ats trans n had truck relearned off a modis could that b the problem

i suppose it could be. going back through when the problem started is always a good idea. one other problem i have saw is the flap in side the intake. make sure it is staying open good.

Which flap is that didnt kno there was a flap??

on the intake elbow there i piec bolted to it with 3 bolts inside is a butterfly flapper remove the flap or buy the delete piece (mighty diesel) could hook you up my truck did this i thought i had major probs mine never died but icould see where it could if it shut and stayed shut and when you cycle your key it could be resseting itself alowing it to restart

The flap is probably. The throttle body valve he is saying. I would say that maybe something is possibly in tank getting sucked up or a pinched hose.Heavy Suction may cause a hose to colapse. Does the fass have a high pressure sensor to cut fuel off to prevent excessive fueling. Does the programmed ecm have a failsafe in ecm for this. Right what causes a runnaway is it excessive fuel. Check out youtube for a cummins / duralax tow off where cummins could not get stopped and pulled chev around like a rag doll. It was good. I chuckled to see that. Just a thought or a random shot in dark.

Yes it was i thank you very much for the advice am help. I ordered map sensor it should be here today hopefully but ill keep you posted ill give you a call about the smarty tunes when i get to my days off an see if you can guide me through it. Where abouts is yalls shop?
