Default Transfer case shifts itself?

Hi guys, I have a 2007 Mega Cab with a 6.7l turbo diesel and auto trans. Today my transfer case started shifting in and out of 4x4 by itself. It has done it while driving and also while in park with the engine running. I can hear the transfer case shifting under the truck while I'm parked. Any help would be appreciated.

I am also having this problem. I first noticed it when turning in a parking lot and all of a sudden I'm in full 4WD Lock. I also have noticed the shift motor operating when the key wasn't even in the ignition. It started after I had the transmission replaced and the shop had to repair the transmission wiring harness. A short was causing it to go into limp mode.

Now the T-case is stuck in neutral and I'm broke down!!!
