Which Intake? Banks or S&B
On the 7.3, anything is an improvement over that tiny thing. On the 6.4, S&B doesn't even remotely hold a candle to the stock filter in airflow or filtering efficiency.
Vs the factory filter you get a filter that filters better than ANY other type of filter on the market, can hold over a POUND of dirt before becoming restrictive, only needs 1 minute to swap in a new one every year or two and, FYI, it only costs $76.
Yeah...where was AFE's advantage again?

Okay.....so for that $57 you get poop quality filtering, no additional airflow and frequent maintenance to keep it from becoming very restrictive.

I won't let my air-filter get clogged, I clean it every 6-months
I like saving my money
stock is good, aftermarket is just fine, a company like AFE isn't going to put out garbage I'll trust them any day of the week, if I were buying a complete aftermarket intake it would be an AFE or S&B in that order
Have you looked at the BD with the super scoop intake
