Default A few ?'s on performance...

I am about to put a 4" Turbo back exaust on my 94 2500 4x4. 1- My question is a Hi flow Cross over a must? 2-Does it really make that big of a difference if i do change it to a hi flow? My uncle has a HX35 that he told me i could have if i wanted it. 3- Will that Turbo make a big difference in power & performance or does it make a little differnce with a lot cooler LOL. I Love the Whistle & more Power is always welcome !!! I posted a tread on here about defueling because the funds are not enough to get Exaust & Chip so i thought the Exaust would be better than the chip because i didnt think it would be wise to chip it when it is unable to breath. Thanks for reading this & all comments & opinions are greatly appreciated.
