Default hard start and rough running 6.5

ok so i just put new head gaskets and arp head studs on my truck because i had a blown head gasket. while i had the heads off i put a set of new marine injectors in. now when i go to start the truck i have to crank it for around 45 seconds before it will start, and when it finally does start it blows blue/white smoke out and runs rough and misses. it smokes at idle until it gets warm and it smokes even when it is warm and i get on the throttle. i bled all the injectors multiple times and still not sure what the problem could be.

I would start with a compression test of your cylinders on the side the head gasket was replaced. This will help you narrow down the potential issue you are experiencing, otherwise you are just taking a stab in the dark.....

Check your glow plug circuit....controller, glow plugs, wires, etc.

X2 on the marine injectors being essentially "a waste".....sorry.
