A & B to read codes in the diagnostic port with key on count blinks on dash of CEL for codes should start with 2 then 1 to let you diagnostics are activated, then a string of codes for the stored code, then back to 2-1 at end before starting the sequence all over again.

Yup DTC 36 Injection pulse width too long which is set when battery voltage @ PMD is >10v with coolant temp @or above 68F and response time of injection time of the IP fuel solenoid >2.5 milliseconds.

All that means ?????? something in the IP solenoid monitoring circuit is unhappy.

I think but need to confirm it I work OBD-II mostly, but to clear code OBD-I disconnect battery then touch pos batt cable disconnected to negative disconnected.

Could be an intermittent code, or bad gnd to the PCM (pass side rear head stud on intake manifold), or bad IP fuel solenoid driver, or IP starting to get long in tooth, batteries getting weak and causing errant voltage, ECT possibly bad, IP solenoid bad and so on we have to work our way step by step to finger it out.

Lets start with a complete reset and go from there & see if it comes back.
