too show how bad ssds is it cost me 5k to rebuild my motor after a marine injector tip blew off. thanx ssds. and as a way too go give dave kennedy a call. Im not saying hes better than Heath but he is cheaper and his parts are lasting.kennedydiesel.com but you cant go wrong with Heath diesel. they have the right parts for your 6.5 and they know what they're doing. and there chip gave me 75 more HP I was blown away. but anydody besides ssds is great.

I'll assume you turned the pump up when you installed (or somebody did) the Banks. After that, nothings free. The Banks exhaust is about as good as your going to get and your not going to put more than 10 psi through the turbo.
Now, if you want to spend some cash you could mount a Holcet turbo on the Banks manifold. Its a custom job and not easy but you can get 35+psi. Of course, if you do that you need head studs and crank girdles. Fact of the matter is your never going to get more than about 330HP out these 80's technology engines (and that is with a fair bit of work!)
Most folks are happy with the Banks Turbo kit. Decent power, reliable, easy to install. If you want too much more than you have, your going to have to move up the technological ladder to a Cummins, Dmax, etc.
Good luck!!
