the injectors they sell are herzogs which to my knowledge dont make 6.5 injectors. this fact has been proven by other people too. these so called herzog injectors tend to leak a little once torqued down. and once in a while the tips will break off sending the owner off for a new engine. these injectors more than likely are chinese junk.

there soloution for relocating the pmd is to mount it on top of the engine where all the heat rises and kills the pmd again. they also sell a cold air intake which does not harm anything but will not increase any power but probably bring it down. sucking hot engine compartment air does not increase performance.

his rebadged westers garage tunes he offers claims a 3o horsepower gain for economy and 80 horsepower gain for performance. well engines in 1994 made less power than they did in 2000 and 1/2 trucks also made less power than 1 ton trucks and since all the trucks get the same programming it is not always going to be the same power increase. in other words a 2000 1 ton truck is not going to feel the same amount of power as a 1994 1/2 ton would.

also the glowplugs he sells like to go bad a lot and when they do last and get old they likr to swell in the hole so you cant get them out. theres not a whole lot of stuff wrong with his products but there is a lot of misadvertisment. other than that all his other products he sells that i didnt list are fine

first off any performance parts you put on are going to cause to fail the emissions test. saying that you can put performance stuff on your truck you just have to take it off before the test. but it also depends on what emissions test you are going to go through. if they hook your tailpipe up to a computer your screwed. but if its a opacity test or just an inspection you should be fine. for the computer upgrade i would get a Heath GL4. best computer in the market. plus i was just looking at prices and its cheaper!

any other questions im here to answer

You sure on the 6.5 & Banks, that should be a 6.2 possibly, the 6.5 came from factory with the turbo, unless somebody did some swapping on you.

Mud Vein before telling you a build plan, let us know what your goal is, several ways to build a 6.5 for different things, 1st how about some details in a signature for what vehicle we are advising on, it matters, also is your 8th VIN digit a S or F

Im interested in adding some 40hp marine injectors. All the rest of the blazer is stock 6.2. Would it be safe to also turn the pump up with the marines added without a turbo?
