I'm not a diesel mechanic so I don't know what turbo spooling means or sounds like sorry. I've had two so called diesel mech look at it & after a complete engine reduce & injection pump replacement & $8000 I assume the turbo is fine. But those two so called mechanics didnt fix it ether they were just guessing like me. So hey maybe I'm a diesel mechanic!!!!!

I meant engine rebuild. Anyhow I'm guessing it's got something to do with lift pump. They said I was getting 5 to 7 psi at IP. But that doesn't mean I'm getting enough fuel volume doesit? What is I try a heavy duty lift pump? Can I pay myself $80 an hr to guess & replace that?

Computer showing no codes after IP replacement & $3000. They tried to tell me it tranny but it's not. It shifts fine at normal sppeds. Just when I get into it does it studder. Seems to be starving for fuel. And yes my so called mechanic said it still show 5 psi while driving what ever that's worth.
