i was reading on diesel manor, and they said something about a "t" fitting for the boost? whats this about? is it so you dont have to drill into that elbow or what?

Yes exactly, some guys just use a T in the map line. I drilled and tapped my elbow.

oh so just like on the 7.3? do they read the same in both places? or is the elbow more accurate??

I bet they read about the same. I just went into the elbow cause it was simpler at the time for me, had everything to do it right there instead of buying the T after.

okay cause the reason i ask is cause mine came off my 7.3 and i was ran to the spyder so i dont know if my hose will be long enough to reach the elbow.
