Does anyone have their pipes for the intercooler wrapped to help keep some of the heat off? I had this idea last night to wrap my intercooler pipes in header wrap or at least the cold side but it seemed so easy and helpful I decided to google it figured I wasn't the first to have the idea apparently tuners like to do this anyone have it on their diesel ..... sure it wont help too much but I think it will help somke and look cool if done right what are yalls (im from Texas ) ideas on the subject?

I run stock pipes on my Spearco unwrapped. Intake temps run 10* over outside air temps. I doubt the wrap does anything to help with the temps.

It'd be a waste of time. Besides the intercooler is trying to REMOVE heat, not hold it in. Unwrapped aluminum will certainly dissipate more heat than wrapped...
