Ran it for quite a while, but just a stand alone HPO gauge does not really tell you that much.
And if I dont have the gauge installed in the dash I want, I can reach into the back seat and grab one of these...
This is what I use for a HPO gauge, it gives me more information then just a HPO gauge will give me. Duty cycle is a HUGE part of HPO.

Just asking, because it is VERY rare for a HPOP to break.

Kinda like what I was wantin' to do eventually. Have Oil Press, Boost, EGT and Water Temp on the A-pillar, Fuel Press, Fuel Level tank 1 and Fuel Level tank 2 (once I put the twin tanks in) right above the rear view mirror, Volt and Trans Temp in the steering column

the truck was under warranty at the time so i dropped it off and they worked on it so im not 100% sure what it was but they told me it was the hpop (they could be lying) and in the time under my warranty (100k in 4 yrs) i went through 4 hpops...atleast thats what the paper work said

Skip the boost. EGT, Fuel Pressure and EOT is what I would get. Or get a Scan gauge in place of EOT.
