Too much smoke isn't good. It will coke your turbo up faster.

I got a tune from quicktrickperformance who was formerly DJ's tunes... I got the looney tune with a little more smoke. I like it, just enough smoke to make me happy, but not too much, and I know when to use it.

You can find Vivian on compdiesel.

if u want an easy way to do it you may as well just get a superchip or something plug and play thats not expensive...if you want to do it right get an sct w custom tunes (yes they give u more power and mpgs) but u never know when diesel it going to hit 4 to 6 bucks again and then ull be pissed that you are only getting what you are....

just my theory---if its worth doing its worth doing right

First tune I think was $55 bucks, each additional is $45.

I'm having issues with the shifting right now and need to get that square away, but I like the power (less power than my innovative tunes for sure, but still darn good) and I still get a decent haze of smoke under WOT, which I dont with my Innovative tunes, but that's how I ordered it.

If I hit the dyno or the track, the Innovative tunes are going back in for sure. They will puff a decent cloud when you romp on it, but they clean up almost perfectly. Eric's tranny tuning is far superior... SO FAR....

I'm back to running on stock head bolts myself now with this smoke looney tune, so far no problems. I'm trying to be more conscious about my EGT's and trying not to get into the timing so much and hot ******* it everywhere like before.

Sometimes I wish I had a 6spd... and other times I'm happy I went with the auto. Need a ton more power to get a 6spd down the 1/4 mile faster than an auto.

Since you don't mind destroying your motor run a switch to the VGT solenoid on the turbo. Cutting off the VGT with the switch will fill the entire road with black smoke. Make sure you get tons of chrome stickers and add a wing to the tailgate while you are at it.
