Default 2004 King Ranch Programmer Problems

I have a 2004 F-250 King Ranch (6.0). I had an Edge Evolution Tuner on it and everything worked fine. A long story short, the tuner was on late one night while the vehicle was off. I tried to reprogram and it started flashing when I turned the key to the on position. The truck would not start after that. I called Edge and they said the tuner is working as it should and I must have weak batteries. I explained that they are new and I even put a charger on them to make sure there was enough juice and tried to retune. I took it to Ford and had PCM flashed.

I called Edge and they put the tuner back to stock. I attempt to retune and when I turn my key to the on position, the tuner turns off and started flashing. When key is in off, the tuner powers up and everything. Is there something wrong with the tuner?

What is the problem??????? I do not want to purchase a new tuner if there is something wrong with the truck.

PLEASE HELP!

Would the engine crank or just no power at all. Your ecm might be fried also. Had it happen to my 7.3 . All it needs if it is is to be reflashed and that's pretty cheap. No need to buy a new one

It would not crank. As if the batteries were dead. The instrument panel lights were on as normal.
