Default Starts right up, light white smoke, lack of power on and off, lots of black smoke

I have a new issue. Started last week. skipping and lack of power. But, not all the time. I changed fuel filters and additive in fuel. I was thinking it was water. Still starts right up. I noticed a little white smoke while warming up. When I drive it, it seams that the warmer it gets the worse it gets. "If it allows me to" I can get into it and once up on RPM and turbo.. there's lots of power, but when I stop and go to take off it skips, bucks, sputters and barely moves and Blows a lot of Black smoke. A few times playing with the throttle and eventually picking up on RPM's, it seams to clear up. It does also seam to skip and buck while just cruising along. NO ENGINE LIGHT!. Injectors and FICM 6 months ago. I will admit I'm a little over on oil change. Any Ideas. 125k on miles, first issue I've had sense injectors and FICM.

That's a weird one. What ever is going on is affecting fuel delivery. Black smoke is to much fuel white smoke is not enough burn. I would start with glow plugs and check the wireing harness for damage. I would also check voltage. To much or to little voltage will reak havoc on anything. Good luck
