6.0 egr permanent fix
I have been interduced to stab motorsports . Com a while back and they have a egr valve that is fail proof. Carbon proof and lifetime warranted. I have several e series in my fleet and cannot delete where I am located because of emission testing. This valve requires no intake cleaning. That brings up another issue the egr cleaning cleanes out the intake but does not get the ****** out of the egr cooler. These are the owned that stick the valve open since using these valves we went from every month stuck valve to over 43000 miles trouble free Let me know what you think. They cost a little bit but totally worth it

You don't have to delete with a SCT. The SCT just turns off the EGR valve so no exhaust gases can enter the intake.
No need to remove any emission equipment, just plug the SCT into the OBDII. Takes about 10min or less to program, then unplug from OBDII.
What I don't like about that EGR vale you posted is, those holes will get clogged up with soot. You'll end up pulling out that valve to clean in anyway.

So...you were initially talking about a company you are obviously a part of? Seems like a advertising scheme where you don't have to pay. Virtually every fleet truck I've worked on has been egr deleted and have yet to have a issue with inspections. Creating a egr valve which doesn't clog is on ¹/16 of the problem and will likely not solve any issues. No ones hating on you, just pointing out this product is only a notch above useless

I am not part of the company. I'm just saying for the people that wish to keep emissions legal thy will need the valve to be functionable. Bullet proof coolers are the best defense of a cooler issue, but the carbon chunks that hold the valve open are not going to go away. When a ems unit is in route with a patient in it the carbon issue could be a life or death situation. Waiting on a backup unit is not acceptable. The valve could plug the screen but won't effect drivability. Now that to me is more than a step above useless. Don't want to argue , but the results have been outstanding in this fleet.
