Default SCT Livewire TS fuel pressure

How is everyone setting up their SCT LWTS to monitor fuel pressure?

You probably have to order the separate fuel pressure sender

I figured that, I don't see anywhere that SCT offers anything like that. And I'm not sure what kind of sender to get and where to get a harness that would attach to my LWTS. I'm trying to stay away from a mechanical gauge, that's kinda why I got the this monitoring system (all in one).

That's the one reason I went with sct custom tuning and a edge cts moniter because the cts moniters a bunch more stuff than the livewire offered

Any fuel pressure sensor with an analog output:

SCT analog input cable 4021 SCT Analog Input Cable 4021

SCT EGT sensor kit 9617 SCT EGT Sensor Kit 9617

Thanks Fourdoor, I have the EGT sensor kit, I got it through IDP. Have you ever wired up one of those analog cables? I found a few analog pressure sensors but have no clue how to wire it. The link to the input cable that you gave me shows a picture of the cable. In the pic there are multiple wires in the cable and the sensors I find are only 3 wire sensors.

I am used to dealing with stand alone engine control units that I had to wire in analog sensor inputs for (used on turbocharged gasoline engine). I don't have personal experience with the SCT analog input. I would assume the input cable comes with instructions... but no guarantee on that.

This cable pin out is as follows:

1 RED External 5V
2 BLACK Ground
3 WHITE Analog 1 (0-5V)
4 ORANGE Analog 2 (0-5V)
5 YELLOW Analog 3 (0-5V)
6 GREEN Analog 4 (0-5V)
7 BLUE Analog 5 (0-12V)
8 PURPLE Analog 6 (0-12V)
9 BROWN Ext Switchable 5V
10 GRAY Ext Input 5V

Looks like you can do 4 separate 0-5V analog inputs and 2 separate 0-12V analog inputs.

Later,

Keith
