My truck is smoking!!! HELP!
I Have a 2006 F350 6.0 Diesel... I recently replaced Injector #3 because when I took it to Ford they said it was going bad, but that was the only one. I also did the EGR delete, Cleaned the Turbo, && Installed a new oil cooler ...When I first start my truck && when its sitting at idol I blow what seems to me white smoke out of the exhaust. It kinds of smells && burns my eyes but I cant really describe the smell, It doesnt smell like diesel or coolant.. I really have no idea and i really need help!!! What in the world could it be!!!

I just did #3 in my truck, it was the 2nd one that I have lost, the first that I changed. If it is coupled with a choppy/irregular idle, it's another injector. I recommend getting a scanner and see what comes up.
How many miles have you put on your truck since the change? Mine ran kind of choppy at first, I did a lap around the block, it sounded better, to I continued on my vaction trip. After ~125 miles into Vegas, it sounded/acted normal.
Oh yeah, welcome to the Bombers.

Its not running choppy at all, and i definitly havent put that many miles on it since we did all the work.. maybe 40 miles or so. I just cant figure out the smoke. Its extremly aggrivating. When we hooked up the computer it said that there was no other injector except 3. I have no idea! ughh.. Thank you by the way.

I'd plug in a scanner again and see what happens. If it's a post cleaning turbo leak, there may be evidence of soot coming from the leak spot. You could always feel around the turbo when it's first started, as in before it gets hot. I've done that several times to find header gasket leaks on my hot rod.

It doesn't sound like you're burning oil... it wouldn't smell so harsh and burn your eyes like fuel does.
I can't help but wonder if the wrong injector was replaced. Injector #3 is on the passenger side bank, if it was me, I'd pull the valve cover, put new o-rings and copper crush washers on ALL 4 injectors at that side, and I'd take the suspect injector and swap it to another hole, and try again.
