Operation Stage II

Operation Stage II
Alright guys so here is what I am slowing piecing together to create Stage II for my 1993 Dodge D250 Extended Cab 12 valve Cummins.
1. Bradford Built 4-box Utility Bed
2. Road Armor 2008-2011 Chevy 1500 Titan II W/Brush Guard
3. A nice respectable 4" straight piped custom exhaust with 6" RBP tips
4. 3rd Generation Mirrors Custom mounted *you all know what it looks like but ill do better*
Bradford Built 4-Box Utility Bed, Washington, Kansas
Road ArmorŽ :: 2008-2011 Chevy 1500 Front Stealth Winch Bumper with Titan II Guard
Rolling Big Power - Diesel Performance
The reason I picked the Bradford Built 4-box is because its the right amount of form and function. The stakes lift up for hauling lumber and then you can drop them down for wider loads. 4 boxes are mounted under the wheel well for tools, oil, fix-a-flat, etc, etc... but the boxes are lockable so you don't have to worry about losing that nice drill when down in ghettoville.
The Road Armor Titan II Bumper is made for a 2008-2011 Chevy 1500 and will require custom brackets for mounting. The reason that I picked a bumper made for a Chevy is because the bumper is much wider and will wrap around the sides of the truck like the Titan II is designed to do. It is also heavily built to withstand wrecks, wives, deer, etc, etc... and also has a Winch plate for a nice big Warn Winch.
4" Turbo Down One Piece Mandrel bent Straight Pipe to the Front of the rear tires in duals using a custom made Y Pipe that is Extra wide to allow the turbo to really sound off. The 6" RBP Tip is just for a little style to go with the Bradford Bed.
3rd Generation Mirrors with a Custom mount that I have drawn up that will be completely out of the box a Bolt on system. No Welding into the Door Frame here, its engineered to be stiff and it will also give me a place to mount a gauge for my EGT right in my open view.
I posted a few Pics but im keeping my custom mount for the mirror under wraps until its finished but its gonna look pretty good.
So guys what do you think?

It has to do with my mounting plus more surface area = less shake
Also quick question for all, does the turbo on a 12 valve have the silencer ring or is that past it's time? I know the new trucks have them and when you remove it they sound like a jet at idle, all turbo no engine noise coming out of the exhaust

I'm going with RBP because of the quality and they aren't painted they are powder coated which is really why they aren't cheap

What do y'all think of the Bradford bed?

I know the brush guard hasn't been done yet

P.s. I'm not young and dumb buddy, we can talk engineering calculations all day, and the reason I'm not building the flatbed myself is because I have 4 herniated discs in my lower back so I can't do any heavy lifting or it makes my legs give out from pinching the sciatic nerve

I'm a disabled firefighter and even though I'm only 21 I spent every paycheck on my family and never on myself. I'm not pullin disability but I am working to build it the way I like it. I think I've earned the right to spend a little extra.
