Default Upgrading to 60lb valve springs

I ordered a 3800 spring for my truck and am gonna upgrade the valve springs too. Do i have to upgrade the keepers or the retainers too?

What are your goals for the truck? That may change which springs you end-up with (spend your money wisely once).
