Ebay turbo cartridge?

Ebay turbo cartridge?
Any one ever use one of the ebay turbo cartridges? They are certainly a cheap rebuild option at $189. I'm not sure if they have the one I need(I sent the seller a message) but it sure seems like a really inexpensive way to replace a turbo, just reuse the housing. The thing is assembled and ready to go other wise it looks like no?
I've got hits and misses with ebay stuff though, hoping someone has had some experience with this stuff, even if it happened to be bad.
thanks!

Wow, I'd still be using my stock housing so I guess that's sort of good. I'm willing to invest in something that may not last 200k miles but not at the risk of the thing blowing apart or even failing under 30k miles.
Perhaps I'm best off having mine rebuilt locally in terms of value for the dollar. There is a good used hx35 available for around $300 as well, but I'm not sure I'll be turning my fuel up anytime soon.
I feared I'd get bad feedback, but would rather see this bad info than to just leap without looking.
