I've been tryin to brain storm some ideas about hood scoops. Tryin to get as much cold air as possible. Any body have any ideas?

 

I was planning on a one sided, half cylinder looking contraption that you could fit a large cone style filter up into. The cone filter would be maybe sticking a 1/3rd of it's total size above the hood line with the sheet metal scoop over top of it.

Even threw around the idea of a cable operated trap door to close the filter off if the truck sat for a while or it was raining.

 

Thats what I was thanking to. Or maybe one on the passenger fender with the cone sticking out a little

 

 

That is pretty awesome. Reminiscent of old mopar muscle.
