I almosssst bought the autometer cobalts, but luckily I didnt, I just started reading that the LED Backlit gauges dont really work with our trucks? Is this true?
Should I just go with the ISSPROs?

I've spent hours looking for the right gauges found them, then found out they might not work
Can you guys post your gauges part numbers? Just so I know what will work

And with the only reason I've stayed away from the ISSPROs is because I;m really not sure which kits I need for them to work.
I just need the pyro and boost, could some one help me out

 

I think Banks has a kit for the 1st gen

 

Why would they not work? The LED replaces the standard bulb. The only thing is they might not dim like the standard lamps.

 

Who and where do I find "Banks" for the kit?

 

I just ordered the 1st gen gauge kit from Dnr customs along with there tps delete kit. Can't wait to install them

 

you do know that any gauge will work in a 1st gen right?

 

yeah and to dim them you hook them to the light pannel under your dash mine get brite and dim or i can turn them off just by turnning the ***
