Default most power for lest money

ive got a 91 non IC cummins that is in a half ton. it will do no hauling and i will be getting a built tranny for it later but now i want to know how to make alot of power and smoke for cheap. I know alot about P-Pumps but im new to VE's.

If i were you id just read about the "fuel screw" or "power screw"... same thing. Max that out (do it carefully), get a better turbo (even a hx35 would be ok), a 366 spring and advance the timing.

and a better fuel pin. or at least rotate your stock one. if you want smoke turn it your smoke skrew all the way.
