Default Fuel pressure problems

I have a 93 12 valve auto with PODs, timing advanced, intake, compressor upgrade. I installed a fuel cooler and a mechanical fuel pressure gauge, I only have 6psi at idle and 5psi at WOT, plus the needle is always bouncing around, any solutions?

Thanks

Those numbers are right on par for a stock lift pump. Real good considering the bigger injectors. If you get turning the power up much more you will see the pressure drop right out to 0psi.

If you want more pressure the front seal will take 15-18psi before having issues. Bucnh of solutions from an air dog or FASS to a walbro 392 and a factory low pressure piston lift pump.

Here is my Walbor 392 install

And BC847's low pressure piston pump install
